Baldwin Prep’s Welding Program prepares students for a career field that’s in high demand. Students gain hands-on experience with a wide range of welding techniques including Stick, Flux-Cored Arc, MIG, and TIG welding. This short-term certificate in Basic Plate Welding-SMAW Fillet is designed to prepare individuals through both theory and practical application.
This is a career program designed for students to go directly into the labor market upon completion. Although some of the courses in this program will transfer to four-year institutions, this program is not designed to be a transfer program of study.
